Thanks to Blogging for Books and WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing group I had the opportunity to review the book “The Chocolate Diaries” by Karen Linamen.
Who doesn’t love chocolate? I know I love chocolate. This book contains many sweet little tips, stories and just recipes to use in your life. We all know that life isn’t perfect. It is hard and if we rely on God we can overcome many things. Oh and don’t forget a little bit of chocolate on the side.
This book has many stories of how people have triumphed over different things in their lives. From being divorced, losing a loved one, and even a person who over comes being blind and does some amazing things such as climb a few different mountains.
This book has inspired me to set goals and go for those sweet things in life that I have always wanted to do. I also must remember it can’t be done alone. God is there by our side and so are our friends.
I recommend grabbing a good piece of chocolate or two and read the wonderful stories in this book. I am sure you will be inspired too.
