Peanut Butter Snow Balls
So last Thursday for my lia sophia party I made these tasty little things. Oh so yummy! If you like peanut butter and white chocolate this is a great recipe for you. Also only 4 ingredients!
What you need:
1 cup of confectioners sugar
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 pound white chocolate chips
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter and butter; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 mins. or until firm.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl. Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper to harden. Makes about 2 dozen.
* I double the recipe to make more when I have a little get together. I also love to make these and give them to my neighbors for Christmas.
